Refund policy

Unopened products: We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To start a return, contact us at drjacob@mc2.health or (847) 234-2346 for a return authorization, then ship the product to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Opened products: For safety and hygiene reasons, opened supplements cannot be resold and are not eligible for return — unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
